Yoga Where You Are

Do you have a lot on your plate? Do you wish there were more hours in the day? Do you intend to "try some yoga" but have trouble making it to your mat? Ever wish you could add You to your "To Do" list [maybe even somewhere near the top?]

This is the class for you.

In this 30 minute, beginner friendly practice we will learn how to slow down time, catch our breath, and engage in the work of taking good care of ourselves.

For this practice there is no need to "go anywhere" or "change into your yoga clothes." If you have access to a screen and are seated in a chair, you are already exactly where you need to be to enjoy Yoga Where You Are.

We will not break a sweat or feel the burn in this practice but we will refresh and renew. Let this mid-day work break help you take stock of your day and recharge for the afternoon ahead.
