In this interactive 5 week series, we learn Dr. Loren Fishman's series of 12 poses for bone strength & health + How to adapt the poses + Guided relaxation for transforming the benefits of the poses & Restorative Yoga for stress reduction. The goal of this offering is to foster your competence and confidence in building a successful home practice. *Classes are capped at 1 student*
