
We live, learn, and love through stories. In this practice we shift from thought-FULL to thoughtful as we take a flowing narrative journey from our Present Moment to a well known magical destination [e.g., Fantastica, Florin, Hawkins, Hogwarts, Oz, Tatooine, Wonderland]. Our Guide (familiar and new) helps us connect our Present Moment to lessons offered through yoga philosophy, mindful movement, breathing practices, and guided meditation (i.e., YOGA). Suitable for all levels of yoga experience. Recent adventures include: Magical Yoga, Whovian Yoga, Yoga for Goonies. Pre-requisite: Open heart and mind. $PWYC
There are many ways to answer the question: Who am I?
Yoga tells us that the answer to that question is already known and it lives in each of us, accessible and ready, when we are. One way to begin to access it is through self-study. Adventure Yoga helps us use the tools of yoga to examine the pieces of the puzzle and recognize the edges from the center, top from bottom.
This October we will travel to a familiar Street (not Elm).
