Kathleen brings to her classes a satisfying experience. While the practice of yoga may enable you to live to be a hundred, the benefits are immediate. She guarantees that you will feel better after class than before. After your workout, you will feel physically limber, mentally alert and emotionally satisfied. Begin to take part in your own well-being.

The principle behind the Hearth Yoga method focuses on doing the exercises in a relaxed manner with proper breathing and gentle movement from one posture to the next. Hearth Yoga is strenuous yet restorative and is done in a nurturing environment. The magic occurs not by doing a posture perfectly but by entering into stillness through the poses timed with the breath. Begin to take part in your own well-being.

Hearth yoga is a perfect compliment to Western medicine and a wonderful tonic to sooth the tensions of everyday living. Each class includes forward and backward bending positions, stretches, twists, and balance postures as seen in the examples on the right. The poses or asanas when linked with the breath are a powerful force that will facilitate your own personal growth and healing. Begin to take part in your own well-being.
